Refunds & transfers
Tickets are final sale. If we cancel a performance, ticket holders will be offered a transfer or refund. Tickets may be transferred to another adult before check-in.
Entry is timed
Plan for about an hour inside. Entry is timed, so arrive 20 minutes before your slot. Doors open at 7pm on Wednesdays, 4pm on Thursdays and Fridays, and 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Last entry is 10pm on Wednesdays and Sundays, 11pm on Thursdays, and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
If you’re running late
Late entry is not guaranteed, because every group follows a timed route. We will try to place you in the next available slot, subject to capacity.
Transfers
A ticket may be transferred to another adult before check-in. Every ticket is sold for one specific night — see Terms for what a ticket is.
To transfer a ticket, write to admin@pulsetix.ai from the email address you bought it with, before the doors open on your night.
