Refunds & transfers
Tickets are final sale. If we cancel a performance, ticket holders will be offered a transfer or refund. Tickets may be transferred to another adult before check-in.
Entry is timed
Plan for about an hour inside. Entry is timed, so arrive 20 minutes before your slot. Doors open at 5pm on show nights; last entry is 10:15pm on Thursdays and Sundays and 9pm on Fridays and Saturdays.
If you’re running late
Late entry is not guaranteed, because every group follows a timed route. We will try to place you in the next available slot, subject to capacity.
Transfers
A ticket may be transferred to another adult before check-in. Every ticket is sold for one specific night — see Terms for what a ticket is.
To transfer a ticket, write to admin@pulsetix.ai from the email address you bought it with, before the doors open on your night.
