a ticket for
someone young
Thirteen is the age limit here, not a suggestion. Nobody younger is admitted, and nobody between thirteen and seventeen goes in without an adult beside them for the full hour.
What thirteen means here
Guests thirteen through seventeen need an adult with them for the entire hour inside — not dropped off, not waiting by the exit. There’s no separate, easier route through the house built for a younger sibling to take instead. If the person you’re buying for isn’t ready for what’s below, the right move is to wait for them, not to buy the ticket and hope the rooms go easy.
What the hour is actually like
Plan for about an hour inside. Expect darkness, loud sound, strobe effects, fog, confined spaces, live actors and intense scares — none of it eases up once a room starts; the relief is the doorway to the next one, not a pause inside it. This is not designed for young children, and there’s no separate, gentler cut of the house built for one.
The house asks first
Closeness isn’t assumed either. Only guests who choose a green contact wristband may receive brief hand or forearm contact; choose red for no contact. No actor may touch your head, neck or face, on either band. Say SAFE to stop contact, or EXIT to leave.

- Thirteen and up, with the stomach for close, sustained scares from real people in the room, not a screen
- Anyone who’s done a haunted house before and wants one that doesn’t ease off between rooms
- A group where at least one adult is genuinely willing to be responsible for every guest under eighteen, for the whole hour

- Anyone who needs to avoid strobe
- Anyone who can’t be in a dark, fog-filled, close room with strangers for an extended stretch without it becoming the wrong kind of hard
