Plan for about an hour inside. Entry is timed. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your entry time; there is a 15-minute grace period after it.

All-ages sessions run 4 to 8 PM. Guests under 16 must be with an adult (18+) for the full hour, and it is not recommended for children under 10. Adult sessions, 8 to 11 PM, are 18+ only: valid photo ID is required. No ID, no entry, no refund. More on what the hour is like for a teenager.

The house is at 428 Johnson Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The L and the M both stop a short walk away.

No. It combines live performance, an interactive family mystery, room-by-room scares and a short escape challenge.

Only guests who choose a green contact wristband may receive brief hand or forearm contact. Choose red for no contact. No actor may touch your head, neck or face. Say SAFE to stop contact, or EXIT to leave.

Yes. A mini escape sequence is built into the second-floor portion. You do not need previous escape-room experience.

Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing you can move in. Costumes are welcome, but full-face masks, props and weapons are not permitted.

Late entry is not guaranteed because every group follows a timed route. We will try to place you in the next available slot, subject to capacity.

Phones must stay away during the experience. Flash photography and recording are not allowed.

Yes. Expect darkness, loud sound, strobe effects, fog, confined spaces, live actors and intense scares. This is not designed for young children.

$42 for one ticket, $74 for two (save $10), $138 for four (save $30), including a $2 per ticket processing fee. Every ticket is for a specific night. Groups larger than four buy more than one bundle — the totals are worked out here.

Entry is every 30 minutes on show nights: all ages from 4 to 7:30 PM, 18+ from 8 to 10 PM. From October 15 there is also an 11 PM entry Thursday to Saturday, a midnight entry Friday and Saturday, and 2 and 3 PM entries Saturday and Sunday. Wednesdays run 7 to 10 PM.

Tickets are final sale. If we cancel a performance, ticket holders will be offered a transfer or refund. Tickets may be transferred to another adult before check-in.
